Enabling or disabling a WhatsApp account

About this task

Account administrators can enable or disable WhatsApp social accounts.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an account administrator.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Channels > Messaging.
  2. On the Messaging Integrations page, click the WhatsApp tab.
  3. To disable an active WhatsApp account, toggle off the Enabled switch.
  4. To enable an inactive WhatsApp account, toggle on the Enabled switch.
