Configuring the customer journey interaction history widget

About this task

Administrators can edit any layout to configure the Customer journey interaction history widget. Agents can then log in to Avaya Workspaces to view the Offline Search icon in the toolbar.

Note:

Configuring the widget is applicable for existing users.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an administrator with the Default Account Layout role.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Workspaces > Layout Manager.
  2. For the layout to add the Customer journey interaction history widget, click the Edit icon.
  3. On the Views tab, select the page to access the Customer journey interaction history widget.
  4. Click Add Tab.
  5. In the Name field, type Interaction History.
  6. In the Description field, type the description.
  7. In the Role list, select Agent only.
  8. In the Icon list, select the icon for search.

    Avaya Workspaces displays the selected icon next to the icon name.

  9. In the Select a Layout area, select the widget layout.
  10. In the Select Widgets area, select Customer journey interaction history.
  11. Click Save.
