Editing a screenpop

About this task

Edit a screenpop to update its configuration. You can edit one screenpop at a time and modify the selected channel.

Before you begin

Add at least one screenpop.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Workspaces > Screenpops.
  2. For the screenpop to edit, click the Edit icon.
  3. On the Edit Screenpop page, update the configuration.
  4. Click Save.
