Adding a UX profile

About this task

Add a UX profile to assign a layout to a user profile. When adding the UX profile, you can configure the common settings, such as the UI language and the number of the interaction cards that agents can see simultaneously in Avaya Workspaces. To add a new UX profile, clone the default UX profile and configure the cloned UX profile.

Before you begin

Log in to Application Center Administration as an administrator with the Workspaces Admin Widgets Administrators role.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation tree, click Workspaces > UX Profiles.
  2. For the default UX profile, click the Copy icon.
  3. In the Name field, type a name for the UX profile.
  4. In the Description field, type the UX profile description.
  5. Click Save.
  6. To configure the UX profile, click the Edit icon.
  7. On the Profile Details tab, fill in the fields.
  8. Click the General tab and fill in the fields.
  9. Optional To configure the notifications that Avaya Workspaces displays to users, click the Notifications tab and fill in the fields.
  10. Click Save.
