You can manage your Avaya Workspaces widgets and layouts using Application Center Administration. Use widget manager to import your custom widgets and view the default Avaya Workspaces widgets available to all Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) customers. For example, Avaya provides default widgets for Customer Journey, voice, email, chat, and messaging.
Using layout manager, you can create custom layouts to assign to Avaya Workspaces users. You can decide which sidebar tabs and widgets a user sees when they first log in and when they handle different types of interactions. You can also arrange how the widgets appear on the user interface.
