Multi-tenancy is a software architecture in which a single solution deployment can serve multiple customers. Each customer is called a tenant. In a multi-tenant architecture, the software is designed to provide every tenant a share of the instance. This includes its data, configuration, user management, and individual tenant functionality. In Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud, Avaya creates an account for each tenant in Application Center Administration.
