Messages

A message is a piece of information in the form of a statement or a question that Automation sends to the customer during the automated treatment. Automation supports the following message types:

Announcements and questions

No Match

A message that Automation sends when the customer's answer does not match the criteria. For example, the format does not match the configuration you set.

Questions

No Input

A message that Automation sends when the customer does not respond.

Questions

You must create messages for each combination of language, channel, and message type.

Messages consist of message elements that you can manage independently. By default, messages do not contain any message elements. You must add at least one message element with the following content:

  • Text: For Messaging and Chat channels.

  • Audio or Text-to-Speech: For the Voice channel.

You can edit, delete, and reorder existing message elements.
