With Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect), the following operations are performed from the Avaya cloud:

• Remote monitoring and log retrieval

• Restart and upgrade of Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway

• Configuration of Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway with Avaya Aura® components

The customer administrator must acknowledge the terms and conditions when registering the first Avaya Hybrid Cloud Gateway of the tenant as part of the deployment.
