Supported languages

Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) supports localization for Application Center, Avaya Workspaces, and Avaya Workspaces for CRM. Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud supports multiple languages.

The agent, supervisor, or administrator can select the preferred languages during session initiation and view the online help in each of the following supported languages:

  • Brazilian-Portuguese

  • English (US)

  • French

  • German

  • Hebrew. Avaya Workspaces for CRM does not support Hebrew.

  • Hungarian. Only Avaya Workspaces supports Hungarian.

  • Italian

  • Japanese

  • Latin-Spanish

  • Traditional Chinese

Note:

Avaya Experience Platform™ (On-Prem + Connect) also supports localization of UI in the Russian, Korean, and Simplified Chinese languages. However, the documents are not localized in the Russian, Korean, and Simplified Chinese languages.
