Configuring attributes

About this task

On the Attributes subtab, you can define one or more attributes for the virtual agent. For example, you can create attributes such as the language that customers can use to communicate with the virtual agent or a specific department mapped to the virtual agent. Complete the following steps to configure the attribute settings for the BYOBot SIP virtual agent:

Procedure

  1. On the Store Context tab, click the Attributes subtab.
  2. To add a new attribute, click the Add icon.
  3. In the Intent field, type the parameter name.
  4. In the Attribute field, type the attribute configured in Application Center Administration.

    Automation sends the collected attributes as key values to Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.

  5. To save the changes, click the Save icon.
