A message is a piece of information that Automation sends to the respondent. Automation automatically creates messages for each combination of interaction, language, and channel. On the Basic tab, create interactions for a flow: select the interaction type, name it, and set it up. However, you manage the content of the interaction available to the respondent only through the messages. For example, if you have an announcement with the name Hello that you enter on the Basic tab, it doesn't mean that the customer can see this. The customer can only see the text or listen to the audio files you add to the messages.
Messages consist of message elements that you can manage independently. By default, the messages do not contain any message elements. You must add at least one message element with the following content:
To edit a message, add new message elements, delete existing message elements, or reorder existing message elements. However, you cannot change the content of the existing message elements.
Tip:
If you need to change the content of a message element, delete the wrong message element and add the correct one. You can use this method, for example, to correct a mistake in the text.
