Configuring engagement attributes

About this task

You can configure what questions in a flow provide values for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud attributes.

Before you begin

Ensure you have the list of attributes configured in Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.

Procedure

  1. Locate the required flow and click the Edit icon.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Integrations tab.
  3. Locate the Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud integration and click the Edit icon.

    Automation displays the Queue, Attributes, and Customer Identification tabs.

  4. Click the Attributes tab.
  5. In the Question column, locate the question to add an attribute.
  6. In the Attribute column, enter the name of the attribute configured in Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.

    Automation sends a customer answer to the selected question as the attribute value to Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.

  7. Repeat steps 5-6 for all questions you want to add attributes to.
  8. Click the Save icon.
