You can configure three Confirm Callback tasks in the OneCloud Confirm Callback Self Service flow for the following cases:
You can configure the Failure task to retry the callback in the configured time when an error occurs during the call, or the customer does not respond to the confirmation question.
You can configure the Canceled task to cancel the call and the callback when the customer rejects the call.
You can also configure the Delivered task to proceed with the callback and transfer the call to an agent when the customer accepts the call.
Procedure
On the canvas, click the Failure task.
Automation displays the Properties pane at the side of the screen.
In the CallBackID list, select CallBackID.
In the Notification Type list, select Failed.
On the canvas, click the Canceled task.
Automation displays the Properties pane at the side of the screen.
In the CallBackID list, select CallBackID.
In the Notification Type list, select Canceled.
On the canvas, click the Delivered task.
Automation displays the Properties pane at the side of the screen.
