You can configure the Start Automation task called CallbackConfirmation in the copy of the OneCloud Callback Delivery Customer First workflow to contact the customer and confirm that the customer is ready for the callback.
Procedure
On the canvas, click the CallbackConfirmation task.
Orchestration displays the Properties pane at the side of the screen.
In the Self Service Flows list, select the self-service flow you created in Automation.
In the Input Variables section, in the CallBackID list, click , and click Cache Variables > startEvent > engagementParameters > CallBackID.
