Configuring the Start task

About this task

You can configure the Start task to extract the CallbackID parameter and pass it to the self-service flow as an input variable.

Procedure

  1. On the canvas, click the Start task.

    Orchestration displays the Properties pane at the side of the window.

  2. In the Default filters section, click Add Filter.
  3. In the Default filters list, select feature.
  4. In the second field, type CallbackCustomerFirst.
  5. In the Customize engagement parameters section, click Open Editor.
  6. On the Customize Engagement Parameters window, click the Plus icon and then click Add String.
  7. In the New string1: string field, type CallBackID.
