Add Virtual Agent

With the Add Virtual Agent task, you can add Google Dialogflow or BYOBot SIP virtual agent to a workflow for automated treatments and data collection. You can configure integration with Google Dialogflow or BYOBot SIP in Automation.

Description

Virtual Agent Flow

Type the name of the virtual agent flow to route the interaction. Use the Type to search field to find the flow.

Language

Select the language of the virtual agent.

The customer requires help of an agent after the end of automated treatment. Orchestration forwards the customer to the suitable queue.

No agent needed

The customer does not require help of an agent after the end of automated treatment. Orchestration disconnects the customer.

An error occurred during the task execution.

Orchestration handles the error with the error path that you configured for the Error Handler task.
