The Journey Retrieve task retrieves interaction-related information from the Customer Journey service.
This task is available to only Administrator users.
Note:
The Journey Retrieve task takes 5 seconds to run and interact with the Customer Journey service. Use Journey Retrieve with Email and Messaging channels to minimize the apparent delay with the end user experience. If you use Journey Retrieve with a more time-sensitive channel such as Voice, the end user may interpret this delay as a disconnect.
