Journey Store

With the Journey Store task, you can send customer's intent, customer identifiers, and custom data to the Customer Journey widget.

This task is available to only Administrator users.

Note:

The Journey Store task takes 5 seconds to run and interact with the Customer Journey service. Use Journey Store with Email and Messaging channels to minimize the apparent delay with the end user experience. If you use Journey Store with a more time-sensitive channel such as Voice, the end user may interpret this delay as a disconnect.

Conversation

Intent of the customer for the current interaction. Using this data, you can combine a series of interactions from the customer with the same intent.

Customer identifiers

A list of key-value pairs with data that helps to identify customers. For example, phone number, email address, or account id.

You can use a single identifier or a comma-separated list of identifiers.

To set a Customer Identifier as a variable, click the Add Variable icon and select a variable from the available options.

Custom data

A list of key-value pairs where you can type the custom data for the current interaction.

To set any Custom data as a variable, click the Add Variable icon and select a variable from the available options.
