Enabling and disabling a routing rule

About this task

When you create a routing rule, it becomes active automatically. Use this procedure to disable a rule when you need to undeploy an associated workflow or re-enable a rule. Orchestration does not use a disabled rule to route interactions.

Procedure

  1. On the Orchestration Manager interface, click the Routing tab.
  2. Locate the routing rule to enable or disable and in the Enabled column, click the toggle switch.

    Disabled toggle switch indicates that the routing rule is inactive. Enabled toggle switch indicates that the routing rule is active.
