A message is a piece of information in the form of a statement or a question that Automation sends to the customer during the automated treatment. Automation supports the following message types:

You must create messages for each combination of language, channel, and message type.
Messages consist of message elements that you can manage independently. By default, messages do not contain any message elements. You must add at least one message element with the following content:
