The following table describes the fields you must configure for each question type:

  • 1: A label for the first option.

    For example, yes.

  • 2: A label for the second option.

    For example, no.

You can use the labels when configuring exit paths.

Options

  • Number of options: Number of answer options for the question.

    You can create 3 to 11 answer options.

  • 1: A label for the first option.

  • <Option number>: A label for the selected option.

Numbers

  • Minimum Value: The minimum value of the range.

  • Maximum Value: The maximum value of the range.

Digits

  • Minimum Value: The minimum length of a number that the customer enters.

    For example, 2. The customer cannot provide numbers with less than two digits.

  • Maximum Value: The maximum length of a number that the customer types.

    For example, 2. The customer cannot provide numbers with more than two digits.

Date

  • Pattern: The date format that customers must use to answer the question you configured.

    For example, the date pattern can be DDMMYYYY, where:

    DD is a two-digit number representing the day of the month.

    MM is a two-digit number representing the month.

    YYYY is a four-digit number representing the year.

  • Minimum Date: The start date that defines the lower limit for the valid answer.

    The date pattern for this field is MMDDYYYY. This date pattern does not depend on the Pattern field.

  • Maximum Date: The end date that defines the upper limit for the valid answer.

    The date pattern for this field is MMDDYYYY. This date pattern does not depend on the Pattern field.
