Description

True/False

A question that requires a choice between two options. For example, Yes or No.

A question that has 3 to 11 possible answer options. For each option, you can assign a tag that simplifies the further use and analysis of the answer. For example, you can use this question type to collect Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.

Numbers

A question that requires to specify a number from a predefined range. For example, specify a number from 1 to 10.

Digits

A question that requires a string of digits of a certain length as an answer. Determine the minimum and maximum length of the string. For example, you can use this question type to collect a customer ID.

Date

A question that requires a date as an answer. You can select a date pattern and a time range.

To determine the correct question types for your flow, you must know what information to collect. Depending on the type of the required answer, select an appropriate question type. For example, to receive the customer's phone number for customer identification, select Digits as an appropriate question type.
