A message can contain multiple message elements. Automation provides these message elements to customers in the order that you specify. You can organize message elements according to your requirements.
Procedure
In the Self-service Flows view, locate the required self-service flow and click .
Click the Flow creator tab.
On the canvas, click the task to reorder message elements.
Automation shows the Properties pane.
Click the Messages tab.
Automation shows a new window.
At the top of the window, configure the required combination of channel, language, and message type.
Automation shows a list of message elements created for this combination.
To reorder message elements, next to the name of the message element, click and drag it to the required position.
