If you often use a value in conditions, result mapping, or task properties of the REST API task, you can create a global variable with this value. Global variables are available in all your workflows.
Procedure
On the Orchestration Manager interface, click the Variables tab.
Click Create.
Type a variable name.
The variable name must contain only alphanumeric characters, without spaces or special characters. You cannot start a variable name with a digit. The maximum length is 70.
Type a variable value.
Click OK.
Orchestration shows the new global variable in the list of variables. If Designer is open, reload it to use the newly created global variable in workflows.
