Basic settings for a virtual agent

Integration with Google Dialogflow starts with the configuration of basic settings on the Basic tab.

The following table describes the basic settings of a virtual agent to configure in Automation:

Name

Function

Name

The virtual agent name. You can use a virtual agent name for identification and search.

Type

The type of a virtual agent. Automation supports only Google Dialogflow CX.

Languages

Virtual agent languages available for the customers. Languages you choose must align with the languages in a Google Dialogflow agent.

Default language

The default language for a multilingual virtual agent. You can choose the default language from the languages that you select in the Languages field.

Channels

Channels for interaction with the customers:

  • Voice

  • Chat

  • Messaging

Description

Additional details about a virtual agent.

This field is optional.

Tags

A label to mark and categorize the content. You can create multiple tags. This field is optional.
