Configuring the basic settings for a virtual agent

About this task

To add a virtual agent to Automation, configure the basic settings and save the virtual agent.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click the Virtual Agents icon.
  2. At the top-right corner of the screen, click the Add icon.
  3. On the Basic tab, set up the basic settings as required.
  4. To save the virtual agent, click Save Draft.

Result

When you finish completing the basic settings and saving the virtual agent, Automation shows the virtual agent in the list of available virtual agents. You can continue editing the virtual agent later.
