Raising an onboarding request for Avaya Contact Center Artificial Intelligence using Avaya OneCare

About this task

To order Avaya Contact Center Artificial Intelligence from Avaya or an Avaya partner, you must use Avaya OneCare to raise an onboarding request. Complete the following steps to raise an onboarding request on Avaya OneCare:

Procedure

  1. Use your Avaya single sign-on (SSO) credentials to log in to Avaya OneCare.
  2. From the View list, select Avaya Cloud Solutions Support.
  3. Click Avaya Contact Center Artificial Intelligence and navigate to Onboarding Requests.
  4. To download the onboarding template, click Download Onboarding Template.

    You must complete the onboarding template and attach it to the service request. Update the following fields:

    • CI/CD Stage Name.

    • Customer GCP Project ID.

    • Authorized email handles for the JSON key file.

    • An email distribution list to receive quota updates.

  5. On the Onboarding Requests page, from the Select Type list, select one of the following:
    • Avaya Contact Center Artificial Intelligence - Standalone

    • Avaya Contact Center Artificial Intelligence - AXP

  6. In the Subscription ID field, enter a valid ID.
  7. Ensure that the automaticallly updated values in the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number fields are correct.
  8. In the Short Description field, enter a valid short description for the service request.
  9. In the Describe your request / issue in detail field, enter any specific requirements in detail.
  10. To attach the completed onboarding template file, click Upload file.
  11. Click Submit.
