Logging in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform Public Cloud

About this task

You can log in to the Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud interface for historical reporting. Always use a supported browser and the HTTPS protocol for a secure connection. Before you begin

Create a historical reporting user with one of the following privileges in Application Center Administration:

  • Historical Reporting_Basic

  • Historical Reporting_Consumer

  • Historical Reporting_Advanced

You can also add and delete a user from Application Center Administration.

Procedure

  1. In the address bar of the browser, enter the URL provided by the account administrator.
  2. In the Username field, enter your username.
  3. Click Next.
  4. In the Password field, enter your password.
  5. Click Sign In.
  6. On the Application Center dashboard page, choose one of the following:
    • To view and analyze contact center data through historical interaction reports, dashboards, and dossiers, click Historical Reporting.

    • To view insights of contact center historical interaction data using reports and dashboards, click Historical Insights.
