Adding a text field in a dossier

About this task

You can add an additional text field in an existing dossier to highlight a container, add a disclaimer or annotation, or to add a header.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
  3. In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
  4. Click Dossier.
  5. From the available dossiers, click the dossier you want to run.
  6. On the input prompts, specify the values.
  7. Click Run Dossier

    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the dossier summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.

  8. On the dossier, from the toolbar, click T or the Text icon.

    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud creates a text placeholder in the dossier with your cursor in the field.

  9. Type the required text that you want to display.
  10. To save the text, click outside the text field.
