You can use history list to save your dossier for future reference. Using the History List, you can create shortcuts to previously generated dossiers and view the scheduled reports.
Procedure
Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
Click Dossier.
From the available dossiers, click the dossier you want to run.
On the input prompts, specify the values.
Click Run Dossier.
Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the dossier summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.
From the FILE menu, click Add to History List.
Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud creates a copy of the dossier in your History List folder.
The account administrator determines the duration and the number of dossier copies that remain in your History List folder.
To view the dossier, navigate to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud homepage, and on the side pane, click History List.
Avaya displays a list of dossiers and reports that is added to the History List folder with their respective status:
Ready
Waiting in Queue
Error
To sort the items in the History List folder, click the sort triangle in the Name, Status, or Message Creation Time column headings.
To view the reports that are used as the dataset for a dossier, expand the dossier by clicking the arrow.
Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays a list of reports is under the dossier.
To view the dossier as a static PDF file, click the PDF icon in the row that contains the dossier you want to view.
To view the details of a dossier, click in the row that contains the dossier whose details you want to view.
To rename dossier, select for the dossier you want to rename, type a new name, and click .
To remove dossier results, select the check box for each link you want to remove and click Remove.
To remove all dossiers from the History List folder, click .
