You can create a customized view of a canned dossier by using a personal view for quick access the required data. You can include any changes you made to the dossier in the personal view, such as metrics or filters.
Procedure
Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
Click Dossier.
From the available dossiers, click the dossier you want to run.
On the input prompts, specify the values.
Click Run Dossier
Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the dossier summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.
On the dossier, click FILE > Create Personal View.
In the Create Personal View window, type the name of the dossier of your choice and click OK.
Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the message that the personal view was created successfully.
To view the dossier, navigate to the Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud home page and click My Subscriptions.
Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the personal view dossier you created.
To run the personal view dossier, click on the dossier name.
To edit the personal view dossier, click the Edit icon in the Action column, make the required changes and click OK.
To delete a personal view dossier, select the checkbox in the Unsubscribe column and then click Unsubscribe.
