Changing the print settings for reports

About this task

You can change the default print settings for printing your reports. This option is available to all users: Basic, Consumer, and Advanced.

Note:

To change the default settings for printing reports for all users, contact Avaya Support.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. Click Historical Reporting.
  3. Click Preferences > Print Reports (PDF).
  4. Adjust the print settings.
  5. Click Apply.

    The changes apply to all reports.

  6. Optional To return to the default values, click Load Default Values.
