Setting thresholds in a report

About this task

Using thresholds, you can draw immediate attention to data based on evaluations. For example, you can set thresholds to highlight rows in red for display values that are greater than 10. You can add thresholds in both presentation and design modes.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. Click Historical Reporting.
  3. On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
  4. In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
  5. Click Reports.
  6. For the reports based on interval data, do the following:
    1. Click Interval.
    2. Click the report.
    3. In the parameter fields, specify the parameter values.
  7. For the reports based on daily roll-up data, do the following:
    1. Click Daily.
    2. Click the report.
    3. In the parameter fields, specify the parameter values.
  8. For the reports based on monthly roll-up data, do the following:
    1. Click Monthly.
    2. Click the report.
    3. In the parameter fields, specify the parameter values.
  9. Click Run Report.

    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the report summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.

  10. On the report, right-click a metric and click Thresholds.
  11. Select one of the following options:
    • Visual: To create a simple threshold on metric values.

    • Advanced: To create a threshold based on an attribute or metric qualification.

  12. To set visual thresholds, provide the required value.
  13. To set advanced thresholds, select the required options and provide the value.
