Adding Avaya Cloud Office contacts to the Favorites list

About this task

Add the Avaya Cloud Office™ users that you interact with more often to the Favorites list to access them quickly. The Favorites list displays on the Users tab. You can add a maximum of 20 contacts to the Favorites list.

Procedure

  1. On the Corporate Contacts widget, do one of the following:

    • On the Users tab, search for the contact.

    • On the Chats tab, search for the chat with the contact and open the chat pane.

    • On the Groups tab, select the user group and search for the group member.

  2. For the contact to add to Favorites, click the Three Dots icon and then click the Favorites icon.

    The Users tab displays the contact in the Favorites list.
