You can search for a chat or a group chat with Avaya Cloud Office™ contacts on the Chats tab of the Corporate Contacts widget. You can add contacts from the found chats to the Favorites list.
Procedure
On the Chats tab, in the Search chats field, type the contact's first or last name or the chat group name.
