Presence states of Avaya Cloud Office contacts

Last Updated : Nov 24, 2023 |

When configuring the Avaya Cloud Office™ integration with AXP Public Cloud, the account administrator selects an application to use for displaying the Presence state of Avaya Cloud Office™ contacts on the Corporate Contacts widget. To display Presence states on the widget correctly, Avaya recommends that the corporate contacts use the application that the account administrator selected.

Avaya Cloud Office™ contacts must use only one Avaya Cloud Office™ application at a time for Presence states to display correctly, Avaya Cloud Office™ or Avaya Cloud Office Phone App. If Avaya Cloud Office™ contacts have both the applications, they need to set their Presence state to Available on the application that is not currently in use. For example, if the contacts mostly use the Avaya Cloud Office™ application, they need to set their Presence status to Available on Avaya Cloud Office Phone App.

The following table describes the Presence states available on the Corporate Contacts widget when the corporate contacts use Avaya Cloud Office™.
