The following table lists the Presence states available for Microsoft Teams contacts on the Corporate Contacts widget and their description:

Available

The contact is online and can receive calls.
the Busy icon

Busy

The contact is on an active call.
the Away icon

Away, Be Right Back

The contact is not at the workplace and cannot receive calls.
the Do Not Disturb icon

Do Not Disturb

The contact does not want to receive calls or messages. Avaya Workspaces forwards all incoming calls for the contact to their voice mail.
the Offline icon

Offline

The contact is out of network and cannot receive calls.
