Adding notes to a Proactive Outreach interaction card

About this task

Add notes to a Proactive Outreach interaction card to provide the next agent that handles this outbound interaction with additional information about the customer. You can use the Proactive Outreach Tools widget to add new notes or view the notes that the previous agent added to the Proactive Outreach interaction card.

Before you begin

Ensure that Avaya Workspaces displays a Proactive Outreach interaction card.

Procedure

  1. On the Proactive Outreach Tools widget, click the Agent Notes tab.
  2. In the Agent Notes field, type the Proactive Outreach interaction card description.

    You can type a maximum of 250 Unicode characters.

    Note:

    The note is unavailable after the campaign ends. It is not transferred to the future campaigns.

  3. Optional In the Refresh to see previous notes field, view the Proactive Outreach interaction card description that the previous agent added.

    If the previous agent did not add a description to the callback, this field is empty.

  4. Click Save.

    Avaya Workspaces adds your notes to the Proactive Outreach interaction card.
