Closing a Proactive Outreach interaction card with a completion code

About this task

Enter a completion code before closing a Proactive Outreach interaction card to describe the interaction outcome. When you close the Proactive Outreach interaction card, you enter the available state and receive an acquire call.

Before you begin

End an outbound interaction.

Procedure

  1. At the top of the Proactive Outreach interaction card, click the Select Completion Code icon.
  2. In the pop-up window, select a completion code.
  3. Click the Complete icon.

    Avaya Workspaces assigns the selected completion code to the Proactive Outreach interaction card, closes it, and routes an acquire call to you.
