Working with the DNC list

About this task

Use the Do Not Call (DNC) list to view numbers of the customers that do not want to receive unwanted calls. When Avaya Workspaces displays a Proactive Outreach interaction card, you can check if this customer's number is in the DNC list or add it to that list.

Before you begin

Ensure that Avaya Workspaces displays a Proactive Outreach interaction card.

Procedure

  1. At the top of the Proactive Outreach interaction card, click the Do Not Call icon.
  2. To check if the customer's number is in the DNC list, in the pop-up window, click Check in DNS.

    Avaya Workspaces displays a message indicating whether the customer's number is in the DNC list or not.

  3. To add the customer's number to the DNC list, in the pop-up window, click Add to DNC and select a number.

    Avaya Workspaces adds the selected customer's number to the DNC list.
