Avaya Workspaces displays an acquire call when you are disconnected from the Proactive Outreach server

Condition

The Outbound Agent Connector widget fails to connect to the Proactive Outreach server, but when you switch your agent state to Ready, Avaya Workspaces displays an acquire call.

Solution

Procedure

  1. Switch your agent state to Not Ready.
  2. Switch your agent state to Ready.
  3. Optional If Avaya Workspaces displays the Reconnect for Proactive Outreach button, click it.
  4. Log out of Avaya Workspaces.
  5. Log in to Avaya Workspaces.

    Avaya Workspaces reconnects to the Proactive Outreach server and displays the Go Ready button.
