You cannot initiate an outbound interaction, and Avaya Workspaces displays the Go Proactive Outreach Ready button on the right or on the left of the Proactive Outreach layout.

Your Inbound state does not match the Outbound state.

Click Go Proactive Outreach Ready.
Avaya Workspaces synchronizes your Inbound and Outbound states. You can now initiate an outbound interaction.
