Avaya Workspaces does not display a Proactive Outreach interaction card

Cause

The Outbound Agent Connector widget in Avaya Workspaces fails to connect to the Proactive Outreach server.

Solution

Procedure

  1. Refresh the browser.
  2. On the Proactive Outreach layout, click the default tab.

    An account administrator sets a tab as default in Avaya Workspaces. For example, the Welcome Page tab can be the default tab.

    The Outbound Agent Connector widget in Avaya Workspaces connects to the Proactive Outreach server and enables you to receive the Proactive Outreach interaction cards.
