Avaya Workspaces does not display the Outbound Agent Connector widget after a browser refresh

Condition

You refresh the browser window that displays the Outbound Agent Connector widget, and Avaya Workspaces stops displaying this widget.

Cause

The Outbound Agent Connector disconnects from the Proactive Outreach server.

Solution

Procedure

To manually reconnect to the Proactive Outreach server, click the default tab.

Avaya Workspaces displays the Outbound Agent Connector widget.
