Log in to Avaya Workspaces to handle interactions.
If you have the Avaya Spaces integration enabled for the Corporate Contacts widget, you remain signed in to the Avaya Spaces account after logging out of and logging in to Avaya Workspaces for 30 days. After that, you need to reenter your Avaya Spaces credentials.
Before you begin
Obtain a URL to Avaya Workspaces from your account administrator.
Ensure that you configured the browser settings as recommended. For more information about the browser settings, see Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud Solution Description.
Procedure
In your browser, enter the Avaya Workspaces URL.
In the Username field, type your username.
In the Password field, type your password.
Click SIGN IN.
Optional If you see the Application Center dashboard, click Avaya Workspaces.
On the Activate Agent page, select an emergency location.
Avaya Workspaces displays the Welcome page and an interaction area with start work options. You can view work options that your account administrator configures in Application Center Administration. For more information about configuring start work options, see UX profile field descriptions.
Click the start work option that your account administrator configures.
Depending on the start work option you choose, Avaya Workspaces places you in the corresponding state for customer interactions.
