Deleting a threshold class

About this task

You can delete a threshold class using the steps in this procedure.

Caution:

If you delete a threshold used in one or more views, it becomes unavailable in all those views.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Realtime Reporting.
  2. Click the Dashboard Preferences icon.
  3. Click Thresholds Manager.
  4. On the Thresholds Manager page, for the threshold to delete, click the Delete icon.
  5. To confirm the deletion, click OK.

    Avaya Workspaces removes the threshold class from the Thresholds Manager page.
