Unable to continue active sessions in multiple browser tabs or windows

Cause

When an agent tries to open more than one Avaya Workspaces session, Avaya Workspaces displays the following message: You have an active session in another Browser tab or Window. The message is displayed irrespective of the browser used.

Solution

Procedure

  1. To continue with the current tab, click End other sessions.

    The new session in the current tab continues, and the active session in the other browser tab or window ends automatically.

  2. To return to the Login page, click Back.

    Depending on your user role, you see the Application Center interface instead of the Login page.
