Viewing Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) (ACO) product ID

About this task

The devices in the Ring Central system have different product IDs. You can view the Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) (ACO) product ID on the Manage Devices screen for the ACO supported device models. Device Enrollment Services synchronizes the supported phones. You can also see the ACO product ID when you export and download the device details in JSON or CSV format.

Procedure

  1. On the Device Enrollment Services web portal, navigate to Devices > Manage Devices.
  2. In the top right corner, click the More icon.
  3. Click Columns.
  4. Check the ACO Product ID option.

    Device Enrollment Services displays the ACO Product ID column on the Manage Devices screen.
