AE Services integration with Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity

Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity supports the following AE Services implementation:

  • External AE Services: All AE Services versions currently supported on Avaya Aura® with certain limitations for Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity. You can configure external AE Services on the AE Services management console.

  • Internal AE Services: A containerized version of AE Services running on the Routing Core Server. You can configure internal AE Services on the Configuration Server and AE Services management console.
