External AE Services overview

External AE Services is integrated in the Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity solution running on a separate Linux server. In Avaya Contact Center – Extended Capacity, external AE Services is used only for migration from Avaya Aura® Call Center Elite.

External AE Services supports the following services:

  • CVLAN

  • TSAPI (with JTAPI)

  • DMCC third-party call control

  • DLG

  • TWS

You can configure external AE Services using the AE Services management console.
